When should I arrive? 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. In many cases, we have appointments immediately following your appointment, so late arrival may affect our ability to make the most of your time with us. 

Who should I bring?

Bring family and friends whose opinion you value and who understand your personal style. We ask that you do not bring unsupervised children. This is your time to shine!

How far in advance should I order my wedding dress? 

You should order your dress at least 6-9 months prior to your wedding to avoid any stress. The earlier the better!  Rush options and inventory purchases are available when necessary.

Can I take pictures? 

We ask that you wait to take any photos until you have decided on "the dress". We want to make sure we use your appointment time efficiently to find your perfect dress. 

How long is my appointment? 

At Charme Bridal and Prom we reserve an hour and a half of time for your individual appointment. While here, you and your group will work with a dedicated bridal consultant to help you find the perfect dress. 

Is an appointment required? 

In order to provide you with our best possible service, we encourage you to make an appointment. These appointments let us know how many bridal consultants are needed at any given time. Walk-in brides are certainly welcome, but during busy times the brides with appointments will be assisted first. Appointments are required for trunk shows. 

Do you sell your sample gowns? 

Yes! We have several hundred bridal gowns in stock. This is a great option for brides that do not have the time to order or for brides that would like to take their dress home that day!

How long does it take to order bridesmaids dresses? 

We recommend ordering your bridesmaids dresses at least 5 months in advance. Bridesmaids' dresses usually take at least 12-13 weeks to arrive in store, and our seamstresses require at least 3 weeks to alter these dresses. 

What is a trunk show?

We have 4-5 trunk shows per year. This is an exciting three day event where you can view exclusive gowns from a particular designer that are not usually featured in our store.  These include best-selling and current season wedding gowns that may only be available in the Atlanta area for the weekend advertised. Trunk shows are also a great time to get special savings on your wedding gown! Appointments are required for these weekends.
